Can I make modifications to my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or adjusted through our site. You can reach out to our customer support team for help, however we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
I used the incorrect address, how can I update it?
Address updates can be requested, but are not guaranteed. Please review your information before you checkout. Contact our customer support team for help with shipping errors.
Can I cancel my order?
Reach out our Customer Support team with your order number and email address to submit a cancellation request. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed and/or shipped.
Disclaimer: The abuse of cancellations that are deemed as unusual activity will be suspended from future cancellations.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Every order is subject to review. The order is confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation email.

How do I know if a garment will fit?
In order to identify the best fit, please visit our size guide. Additional fit details with measurements are found on the product page specific to the item.
If you receive your item and it does not fit, we welcome you to return it and purchase the next size up.

How do wash my t-shirt?
All of our garments come with product-specific care instructions. Be sure to follow the label.
- T-shirts can be machine washed in cold water.
- To maintain the graphics, wash shirts inside out.
- Do not bleach your t-shirt.
- Lay flat or hang to dry.
- Do not iron directly over graphics. Shirts can be steamed, but follow your specific machine's instructions.
